TPA In the Community
The Toronto Police Association and our members support many worthy charities through donations and hosting and participating in fundraising and community outreach. ome of the charitable organizations, events and foundations we have supported include the Ronald McDonald House, the Bob Rumball Centre for the Deaf, the Canadian Cancer Society, United Way, the Canadian Centre for Abuse Awareness, Heart and Stroke Foundation, Movember, HOPE for Children Foundation, Holland-Bloorview Capes for Kids, CP24 CHUM Christmas Wish Donor of the Day and the University Health Network (UHN). We are also a proud supporter of Variety Village and supply the medals for the annual Children’s Games.
The Association also works with a number of social agencies to identify families in need we extend an invitation to them to attend two of our annual member’s events; the Children’s Christmas Party and Canada’s Wonderland Picnic.
