The recruiters at the Toronto Police Service look for well-rounded applicants with good moral character who are trustworthy and have integrity, regardless of age or education. Successful candidates will go through an extensive screening process and psychological testing. Once hired, the Toronto Police Service will provide training at the Ontario Police College and the Toronto Police College.
